Kitchen Rules

private sit down dinner’s & private parties must be booked one month in advance. A $100 deposit is required at the time the party is booked and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A 50% deposit is due one week prior to the scheduled event and is non-refundable.  The balance of the party is due on the day of the event. If requested, we can manage equipment rentals.  Private dinners & parties will require additional wait staff as needed at an additional cost, as well as a dishwasher at an additional cost. Once a menu is established, pricing will be based on a per person amount.  In addition to food cost; tax, rentals, equipment, wait staff, dishwashers and delivery fees are all charged separately.

private cooking classes must be booked two weeks in advance. Once a class is decided upon and the date of the class is booked, a confirmation with details will be provided. A 50% deposit is required at the time the class is booked and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. One additional staff member is required for all cooking classes. The balance of the class is due the day before or on the day of the scheduled class.  Please see our cooking class page for a list of classes.
