My menu is heavily influenced by regional & traditional cooking throughout Italy with Mediterranean & California inspirations.  My food is simple, rustic and delicious, with the use of gourmet ingredients. I do not use any store bought or processed foods with added preservatives. I source out local, sustainable and organic ingredients when possible. I support the local farmers market and pride my self on using the very best ingredients.  All of my food is created by hand in my kitchen with an artisanal touch. My artisan breads, pastas and desserts are crafted by hand and made fresh.   “put a fork in it”
