Hi I am Debbie, chef & owner of FORK. I will personally work with you, create your menu, shop for all your ingredients and personally prepare all of your food.
I am super passionate about cooking traditional Italian food. Most of my inspiration came from attending scuola di cucina in Pisa, Italy as well as my many travels to different regions throughout Italy including Lazio, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Abruzzo. I attended culinary school in California in 2007 and have been extremely dedicated since.
I strongly believe in living a healthy lifestyle & sourcing good ingredients. Sustainability and knowing where your food comes from is crucial. I support local farmers to show my appreciation and respect for food.
I was born and raised in California and moved to Texas with my family 6 years ago. Growing up I helped my grandparents tend to their rabbit farm and garden on the weekends. I remember snapping beans into a large basket to help get ready for family dinners on the farm. Today I buy raw milk, eggs and meat from a farm in Brenham, TX and I support all of the farmers markets throughout Katy, Houston, and Fulshear.
